The former action pic choreographer, Kenji Tanigaki (“Enter the Fat Dragon”/”Legend of Seven Monks”), directs this so-so kidnapping tale. It’s co-written by Frank Hui, Tin Shu Mak, Lei Zhilong, and Shum kwan-sin.

Rainy (Enyou Yang) is the feisty young daughter of the handyman Wang Wei (Xie Miao), who after arguing with her dad runs out on the street and is kidnapped by a gang of human traffickers. The corrupt police don’t help, so Wang goes after the gang on his own. He  meets Navin (Joe Taslim), a journalist whose wife Matia (JeeJa Yanin) was kidnapped by the same gang headed by Mr. Song (Sahajak Boonthanakit) and run by Paklong (Joey Iwanaga).

It leads to a bloody final act when the vics confront the bad guys and go martial arts on them.

The fight scenes rock, the story doesn’t. It makes for an entertaining but disposable B-film.
