Richard C. Sarafian (“Andy”/”Street Justice”/”The Bear”) directs this violent revenge film. It’s written with stale biker cliches by Michael Montgomery.

Ex-con Gary Busey, framed for a crime he did not do by crooked Sheriff Seymour Cassel, finds upon his prison release his town is terrorized by a criminal gang of biker drug-sellers, led by William Smith. They all wear black. The gang raids his house, kill his wife, beats him up and leave his daughter in a catatonic state.

While loud rock music plays in the background, Busey is a one-man army hunting down the bikers.

The result is an unpleasant thriller.
