A lame direct-to-video thriller directed, written, edited and produced by Rick Sloane(“Mind, Body & Soul”/”Vice Academy”/”Hobgoblins”).
Emerson (Wings Hauser) is a crooked TV executive who orders his intern Corey (Ken Abraham) and an assistant Justine (Renée Estevez, Martin Sheen’s daughter) to retrieve a videotape in a co-worker’s (Scott Pearson) apartment. The apartment dweller is murdered and the two video thieves are framed for his murder.They act to clear their names and get the tape to their boss while the police pursue them.Jim Mitchum plays an FBI agent. Martin Sheen has a cameo as the man in the park reading a newspaper.And Ross Hagen plays a drug dealer.
