Brit filmmaker Nicolas Roeg (“Cold Heaven”/”Don’t Look Now”/”Walkabout”) directs this massage film, a made for cable TV movie. It has the big-breasted Mimi Rogers, a successful but world-weary art dealer have her talkative substitute masseuse, Bryan Brown, visit her house for her weekly massage. They both click and go naked, as he strokes her boobs while carrying on an animated conversation with her about the meaning of life and relationships. Her regular masseuse Christopher Burgard couldn’t make this week’s session and sent over Bryan as a substitute.

Aside from Mimi’s large breasts, this is a small picture. It’s written by Dan Gurskie.

Some have said it’s a lesser version of La Belle Noiseuse, a French film, which starred Emmanuelle Béart as an artist’s model who spends much of the 240-minute feature nude while discussing art with the artist.
