“Noxious indie slasher horror pic.”

James Kondelik (“Jurassic Galaxy”) directs this noxious indie slasher horror pic he co-writes with Victor Rose.
Scott (Marshall Williams) and Ashley (Alexandra Essoe) are estranged siblings ever since the tragic deaths of their parents. They try to patch up their differences by going on a three-day hike in the woods with their significant others, as well as their sarcastic friend Lars (Richard Harmon).
A couple of subplots draw things out for this gory and disturbing story. It works as a straight survival film, but doesn’t work if viewed as a psychological thriller.
